All rentals must be canceled twelve (12) hours in advance of the scheduled rental time or a 25% rental fee may be charged.
NO SHOWs for rental appointments may be subject to a 50% rental fee for all booked equipment.
If weather conditions are unsafe before the rental time, NO fee will be charged for cancellation.
If weather conditions become unsafe during your rental time an e-gift card will be sent in the amount of time remaining for use at a later date.
If the park closes due to no parking available, you will not be charged for your rental cancellation. Park closures typically last 2-3 hours and your rental may be available for a reschedule (if you would like to reschedule you can inquire through the contact us page).
